Yeah, but I hate everyone's xanga music but yours...(Actually, I dislike most people's design for their sites as well. 9 times out of 10, it's impossible to read the text on people's sites because of whatever crazy background image they're using)

Reading on subscription mode is nice because that way you can avoid crazy backgrounds because I've seen some pretty bad ones. I've had so many people tell me that my xanga music is the only music they like. I've found some xanga music that is alright, but people put it on a continuous loop and hearing the same song over and over again can make someone wanna puke, which is why I don't do that with my song.

The annoying thing about xanga's subscription mode as opposed to livejournal's friends list is that when you read xanga comments, it takes you to the person's site, so you are forced to see whatever hideous design/music they may have. Livejournal lets me keep things the way I like them all of the time.
