Mood Theme, SPK Style

I recently decided to mess around with some of my LJ settings, including layout and moods.  I finally decided, how better to portray my moods than to do them myself?  Yes, in a wildly egotisical maneuver, I have created a mood theme that features ME!!!  I think this picture about sums it up:

Whee!

The craziest thing about this is that I have one of the journals getting the "invalid form submission" alert when I try to do certain things, so I wasn't even able to edit this through the mood theme editor; I had to plug code into the admin console!  That's dedication, huh?  I actually have not seen this done anywhere else and I've done my share of surfing random journals, but I do have a hard time believing I am the first person to create a mood theme of him- or herself.  You never know, though!  Mark this date down, people -- this could be the start of something! *LOL*

Awkward?

If I'm reading this correctly, you are having the reaction I was going for: initial horror mixed with amusement. Bwahaha!

This, in a word, RULES.

And that picture of you makes me want to say "hollerrrrrrrrrrrrr" like I'm more ghetto than I am.

*LOL* Glad you like it! And now I immediately have to take back, "Especially when I haven't gotten any from you yet! *shakes fist*" from your journal! That's what I get. *sheepish grin*

I think the picture is great, and I love the new icon set. It is excellent.

In other news: I used to work at a t-shirt printing business and we made shirts like the blue one with the eagles on it that you're wearing. They make jumbo prints like the one on that shirt, but I don't think that's actually one of their designs. Anyway, we printed the jumbo prints (they're called that because they take up the entire shirt and just barely fit on a hot press--they're a real pain in the ass to print) on the same kind of shirts and I remember when we first got in all those tie-dyes we had to separate them. For the two weeks that it took us to take them out of their boxes and put them on shelves according to size and color, I went home each day with my hands a different color. The dye would rub off the shirts and onto our hands so they'd be blue or green or orange. It was hard to get off, too.

It was way not fun and I'm glad not to work there anymore, but every time I see a t-shirt that was made there or looks like something that they make there, I always get kind of excited. God, I'm such a nerd.

*LOL* Yeah, I've done that myself. There's something that reminds you of a place you worked at and even though you didn't really care for it, you still feel some pride! I guess it's more about remembering your positive contribution to a company's success than anything else. Plus, nerdiness is sexy. ;)

Excellent, indeed. Glad you like them! :)

Act

Hee, hee! I wondered if you had thought of something similar since you use your icons much the same way already. It took a little while, these are shots that I took and later shrunk down over the course of about a week and a half. But it was so worth it, right? :P

Not completely serious

Ha! For a split second, I thought someone was being serious about unfriending over this! Then, I realized it was you at the same time I saw this additional comment. Punk! *shakes fist*

Yeah, just trying to have a little more fun. My journal has been pretty grim lately, trying to recapture some of the joy I was talking about earlier. It's all good, right? :)

Just a little thicker around the middle and a little thinner in the hair, right?
